If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you Received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition it was sent in and in the original packaging.
Custom made/cut gemstone orders are non-refundable
I am not responsible for any taxes incurred due to international shipments on the side of the buyer. please inform yourself on your local taxes and tariffs or laws.
If the stone is lost in the mail I am not responsible for any losses.
If a stone you purchase from me is later discovered to not be the specific type of gemstone I said it was or if it had treatments that I was unaware of when offering it and its been unadulterated since moment of shipping I will accept a return past the 14 day return policy and give a full refund with return shipment payed.
